Mary Catherine (MC) Lader
Mary-Catherine (MC) Lader is the Chief Operating Officer of Uniswap Labs, a developer of foundational web3-based products and applications. She is responsible for the company's growth efforts, strategic initiatives, and operations. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at BlackRock, including Global Head of the firm's digital sustainability business, Chief Operating Officer of the firm's digital wealth business, and leader of the firm's strategic fintech investments and blockchain activities.
