Tan Guopeng is the founder of bitbill.com. He graduated from Southeast University with a degree in computer science in 2004. After graduation, he worked at Cisco for eight years. In 2011, he decided to quit his job and start his own business. He started a social network, Neighbor.com, and a Bitcoin wallet, Bitbill, but they were soon stranded due to the central bank's policy at the end of the year. With the outbreak of the blockchain boom in 2017, Tan Guopeng decided to restart the Bitbill wallet.
