Astroportについて

Astroport is a permissionless liquidity network in the Cosmos ecosystem, described by DefiLlama as the meta AMM of Cosmos, with contracts deployed on five chains: Terra, Neutron, Injective, Osmosis, and Sei. The protocol integrates multiple pool types into one contract system: constant-product pools (xy=k) for volatile asset swaps, Stableswap pools that cut slippage on large trades of pegged assets, and LBPs whose dynamic weights help new projects bootstrap early liquidity. LP positions are fully composable, usable as collateral in lending and other modules, and IBC enables swaps of native assets across Cosmos chains. As of October 2026, cumulative DEX volume stood at about $2.74 billion and TVL at roughly $3.8 million, with Terra accounting for about 95% of locked value.

On September 22, 2026, the protocol suffered a governance attack on Neutron: about $20,000 worth of purchased voting power seized admin control of eight contracts through a malicious proposal, and DefiLlama recorded a loss of roughly $4.9 million; Neutron restarted on September 25 with contracts restored. On October 8, 2026, the team announced that tokenholder voting was fully disabled on Neutron and Terra, with contributors managing the protocol through public DAO DAO proposals and a multisig kept as an emergency backstop.

Setback: A Neutron governance attack on 22 September bought voting power for about $20,000, seized eight Astroport contracts and drained ASTRO staking plus six pools, putting roughly $4.9M of liquidity at risk. Neutron restarted on 25 September with contracts restored and funds returned.

Burn and governance: Tokenholder governance was switched off on Neutron and Terra on 8 October with quorum set to 100%. ASTRO emissions go to zero, 362M treasury ASTRO is burned, minting is restricted to a burn-only contract, and a yASTRO fee-sharing contract is planned.

On September 22, 2026 Astroport suffered a governance attack: an attacker spent about USD 20,000 to acquire NTRN voting power and gained administrative control of eight contracts, exposing an estimated USD 4.9 million of liquidity; the team halted blocks and restarted shortly after.

On October 8 Astroport fully disabled tokenholder governance on Neutron and Terra, moving operations to contributor-run DAO DAO organizations with a multisig for emergency takeover. ASTRO emissions went to zero immediately, about 362 million ASTRO in the Neutron treasury is to be burned, and minting is restricted to burns. vxASTRO holders can still exit through the standard 14-day unlock.

Astroport's Future strategy and roadmap: The forward plan shifts from emissions to fees: a yASTRO staking contract on Terra is planned to share protocol fees with stakers, with burns and yield replacing emission incentives, and every decision must now go through a public proposal process.

Astroport tiers fees by pool type: Constant product pools charge 0.30%, with 0.20% to LPs and 0.10% to the Astral Assembly, which buys ASTRO for the xASTRO pool.

Astroport Stableswap pools charge 0.05%, split 0.025% to LPs and 0.025% to the Assembly.

Astroport PCL pools range with parameters, typically 0.26%–0.45% and 0.03%–0.45% for some liquid staking pairs, split 50/50 between LPs and the Assembly.
