On February 20, 2026, Thailand's SEC filed criminal complaints against Bitazza Global, Bitazza and two executives for operating a digital asset exchange without a licence, and referred bitazza.com to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society for blocking, which cut off access inside Thailand from March 22.
On March 24, 2026, the SEC filed a further complaint over the Crypto Dust exchange service and the Freedom Card product, alleging unlicensed dealer operations. Bitazza's licensed Thai brokerage kept running: deposits for 12 tokens stopped on March 24 and delisting completed on April 16, while deposits and withdrawals with HTX and ten other platforms were suspended from August 23.
Bitazza will narrow operations to the licensed Thai brokerage and custody perimeter, tighten counterparty screening and sanctions compliance, and cooperate with the judicial process over client assets left on the cross-border platform.

Bitazza charges a standard spot fee of 0.15% for makers and 0.25% for takers, with tiered discounts by FDM token holdings of 50% at 50,000 tokens, 55% at 150,000, 60% at 500,000, 65% at 1.5 million and 70% at 3 million, cutting trading fees by up to 70%.
May 2019, Bitazza obtained Thailand Ministry of Finance Digital Asset Broker licence (digital token broker and cryptocurrency broker) and is supervised by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Thailand， providing digital asset brokerage services.
