With Equiniti, transfer-agent and share-register capability can be bundled with indices into an issuer-sponsored tokenization package; even without the CLARITY Act, an SEC innovation exemption would push issuers to tokenize under their own name, and CoinDesk is betting on that benchmark and compliance layer.
