Cosmostationについて
Cosmostation is a blockchain infrastructure company founded in Seoul in 2018 that has long focused on the proof-of-stake ecosystem, with three lines of business: validator node operation, the Mintscan block explorer, and data and interface services for developers. It took part in launching more than eighty networks as a genesis validator, has run nodes over the long term on more than thirty Cosmos ecosystem chains, and extends coverage to non-Cosmos networks such as Sui and Ethereum.
Mintscan supports more than sixty chains and offers transaction and block lookup, staking and governance proposal tracking, and monitoring of cross-chain transfers and channel health. Companion tools include a compressed state snapshot service that lets node operators sync without replaying the full history, Kavascan for EVM chains, Heartbeat for checking network status, and LCD and RPC interfaces serving balances, chain parameters, and historical records. The mobile and browser extension wallet stopped service in September 2026, leaving only recovery phrase and private key export.
Cosmostation sold its Mintscan block explorer to Cosmos ecosystem core developer Cosmos Labs on June 4, 2026, which established Cosmos Labs Korea in Seoul to oversee key infrastructure; the transaction amount was not disclosed. Cosmostation itself refocused on validator node operations and core infrastructure such as Mintscan.
On June 29, Cosmostation announced it would stop validator services on more than 20 networks including Althea, IOTA, Axelar, Monad and Nillion from July 1, asking stakers to unbond or redelegate. On August 14, the team announced the termination of the Cosmostation Wallet service; from September 1 the iOS, Android and Chrome extension versions retain only recovery phrase and private key export, and users were urged to back up assets before that date.
