Goldilocks

Goldilocks is a decentralised autonomous organisation on Berachain that assembles a set of custom DeFi components around a "just right" design idea, with governance driven by holder votes. At its centre is a modified automated market maker that folds a governance token's supply, price and behaviour into one curve, giving the token a floor and letting holders borrow the network's stablecoin against it without interest and without liquidation risk, with the amount bounded by the state of the pool.

A second component handles yield: a yield-bearing position is split into a receipt for principal and a receipt for future yield, each held and traded separately, which turns the yield itself into a priced instrument. The ecosystem also designs an NFT-collateralised lending module whose accepted collections and terms are decided by community vote. The token issues nothing new, and long-term participation is rewarded through purchase-right grants rather than continuous dilution.
