Meriaについて

On June 22, 2026 Meria obtained a MiCA CASP licence from France's AMF, giving it EU passporting. In early July, CACEIS, the custody arm of Crédit Agricole, entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Meria, with no definitive agreement signed yet. Meria serves about 150,000 users and manages roughly EUR 350 million, mainly through crypto brokerage and staking yield, and the buyer is attracted by its retail base and staking capability.
Future strategy and roadmap: If the deal closes, Meria would be folded into CACEIS's regulated digital asset stack alongside custody, tokenised funds and the group's 2026 euro stablecoin; until then the platform keeps running its existing brokerage and staking products.

Meria charges crypto purchases by payment method: 0.99% for BTC, ETH and USDC via bank transfer or Meria balance, 1.5% for BTC by card and 1.75% for ETH and USDC by card, while most other assets cost 2.39% by transfer and 3.15% by card.
Meria withdrawal fees are fixed amounts per asset: 0.00012 BTC for Bitcoin, 0.0005 ETH for Ethereum, 0.5 USDC, and 0.025 SOL per transaction, with euro withdrawals charged at 1.24%.
