Metropolisについて
Metropolis is a cross-chain AI-agent protocol on Saga that gives each AI agent its own dedicated Layer1. It solves agents being trapped on crowded existing chains where they interfere and cannot be customized, using Saga's Chainlet architecture to spin independent, customizable, gas-free execution environments per agent on demand, giving agents a dedicated running space.
It partners with Eliza Labs, Virtuals and Wayfinder and builds a liquidity integration layer to connect cross-chain agent interaction. Narratively Metropolis blends AI agents, customizable L1 and EVM compatibility as infrastructure for AI-driven blockchain ecosystems, upgrading agents from tools to independently running on-chain economies with their own ledgers and rules.
Metropolis is a DLMM (dynamic liquidity market maker) decentralized exchange on the Sonic chain, offering zero-slippage trades and liquidity mining. In 2026 the protocol kept running; DeFiLlama data shows roughly $10.11 million in 30-day DEX volume, TVL between about $432,000 and $491,000, and about $23,700 in Q3 2026 gross protocol revenue.
The governance token METRO kept weakening, down about 99.6% from its February 24, 2025 all-time high of $3.67; in late September 2026 it traded around $0.015 after a weekly gain of over 125%, still at depressed levels. Products include Metropolis DLMM, Metropolis AMM, and DLMM Vaults.
