Nexadeについて
Nexade brings trade receivables on-chain: it first acquires the payment obligations between importers and exporters arising from international trade, then digitises each receivable into an on-chain instrument whose holder receives stablecoin-settled cash flow on the agreed payment terms. The underlying is supported by real trade documentation, with tenors typically running a few months and discount rates varying by payment term and region.
Users stake $NEXD to join the corresponding asset pools, and yield comes from receivables settling at maturity and from the discount spread rather than from new token issuance. Risk control covers counterparty credit review, document verification and payment-term tracking, with an agreed recourse order applied on default. Contracts are deployed on Ethereum, and issuance, transfer and settlement of the instruments are all queryable.
Parent Incomlend has arranged more than $1 billion in invoice financing across 50 countries and over 20 industries, and the platform tokenizes receivables into stablecoin yield pools, paying returns in stablecoins and NEXD.
The token has come under clear pressure: NEXD raised $1.5 million in a DAO Maker public sale at $0.07 in December 2024, implying a $70 million fully diluted valuation; by October 2026 it traded near $0.00076, about 99% below the sale price, with a market cap under $800,000, and the latest unlock fell on September 28, 2026.
Nexade's Future strategy and roadmap: public materials still center on expanding RWA pools and activating NEXD governance and the insurance fund, with no new 2026 plans disclosed.
