Note Systemsについて
Note Systems builds structured notes on Robinhood Chain, splitting the autocallable barrier notes sold by bank desks into two composable positions. The COUPON side deposits USDG and collects a coupon at every official close where the stock holds above the barrier; the SHIELD side posts tokenized stock, prefunds those coupons and receives a knock-in put struck at the initial price. Every payment is escrowed in advance, so there are no margin calls or liquidations. The gap it targets is that onchain yield products mostly run on floating rates or lending liquidations, leaving no contract structure that sells downside protection directly to stock holders; a note is defined by three parameters, the barrier, the observation dates and maturity.
Settlement prices come from official closes, verified by Chainlink before being written to the contract, and positions are issued as ERC-1155 tokens that can be transferred on the secondary market. If the barrier breaks, the COUPON side receives stock tokens valued at the initial reference price rather than principal. The protocol has run on Robinhood Chain since 2026 with tokenized stocks and ETFs as underlyings, and a testnet supplies mock USDG and mock stock tokens for checking observation-date accrual and autocall logic. The NOTE contract trades in the Uniswap V4 deployment on Robinhood.
Major setback: NOTE launched on Robinhood Chain via a public auction on September 8, but seconds after the trading pool opened a single address drained essentially all of its liquidity; the team subsequently injected $200,000 of its own funds.
Price action: NOTE peaked at an all-time high of $0.1944 on September 17 and slid to about $0.053 by October 21, down roughly 73%; the protocol is a marketplace for autocallable barrier notes on tokenized stocks, with protocol fees funding Dutch-auction buybacks and staking revenue share.
Note Systems launched its testnet on Robinhood Chain on September 5, 2026, and issued its NOTE token through a public auction on September 8; the testnet has drawn more than 5,000 users across 48 note series, with Season 0 closing and freezing standings on October 1.
Note Systems' product has two sides: COUPON deposits USDG to earn a coupon while taking downside risk, and SHIELD deposits stock tokens for protection, with positions issued as ERC-1155 tokens that can be used as collateral or composed across chains; Cyfrin completed the frontend audit and the backend audit covered 75 contracts with no high or critical findings.
Future strategy and roadmap: Note Systems plans to move the protocol from testnet to mainnet in Q4 2026, carrying testnet points into the mainnet season under published terms. The roadmap includes Morpho credit and LayerZero omnichain integrations, Treasury Bonds and a buyback auction, and broader coverage of underlying stocks and note tenors.
