Novora is a capital markets adviser for crypto protocols and companies, split into capital markets advisory, investor relations infrastructure and principal investing. Crypto projects lack the disclosure and communication machinery of listed companies, leaving a persistent gap between fundamentals and market pricing. Novora diagnoses protocols with a five-pillar, 100-point IR score that breaks disclosure, governance communication, reporting cadence and token value accrual into comparable measures, then designs roadshows, quarterly reports and transparency pages around it.
It sits between protocols and institutional capital, with clients including MetaDAO, deBridge and Katana, and research covering value accrual models and disclosure practice, scored in quarterly leaderboards. The scoring is proprietary, its universe is the pool of protocols it covers, an information boundary separates research from advisory work, and positions it holds are disclosed alongside coverage.

In April 2026 Novora published its IR and Token Transparency in 2026 report, sampling more than 150 crypto protocols and finding that under 1% disclose the terms of market-making agreements. The report also introduced the IR Score, a five-pillar, hundred-point benchmark of investor relations, refreshed each quarter; in the second-quarter leaderboard Jito and Meteora both scored 95, with Raydium at 88 and Jupiter at 83.
Novora runs three lines, capital markets advisory, investor relations infrastructure and principal investing. Founder Connor King was MoonPay's first growth hire and led business development and IR at Arca. The token transparency framework it promotes has been adopted by several Solana ecosystem projects to standardise market-making arrangements and holder disclosure, with partners including Artemis, MetaDAO, deBridge and Katana. The report also found that most protocols lack public-company-grade processes for market-making disclosure, holder reporting and governance communication, leaving room for diagnostic and advisory work. The score covers five pillars for 100 points. Its clients are mainly Solana ecosystem and DeFi protocols.
Future strategy and roadmap: Novora will push the IR Score toward an auditable industry standard, pairing quarterly rankings and diagnostic reports with advisory work that starts at the token design stage.
