Palisade

Palisade is an institutional digital asset custody and wallet-as-a-service provider that exposes multisignature wallets, vaults and a policy engine through APIs, serving fintechs, payment firms and Web3 businesses that need to provision wallets quickly. Building custody in-house means handling key sharding, approval flows and compliance audits at once, with long delivery cycles and little reuse.

Keys are generated as multi-party computation shards alongside hardware security modules and a zero-trust architecture, so a full private key never appears during signing. The policy engine sets rules by role, amount and counterparty address, and a transaction executes only once every condition is met, with hot, warm and cold vault configurations and independent recovery tooling. On 3 November 2025 Ripple completed its acquisition of Palisade, folding the wallet service into Ripple Custody and Ripple Payments and moving the interfaces to Ripple's developer platform.
