PropellerHeadsについて
PropellerHeads builds the solver layer for intent-based trading and has run on Ethereum, StarkNet and zkSync since 2022. Users do not pick a route themselves; they sign a swap intent and a solver searches an aggregated liquidity network for the best path. That network reads pool state on major DEXs block by block, alongside market maker quotes, cross-chain liquidity, resting limit orders and OTC offers, first looking for coincidence of wants between intents for peer-to-peer matching and then routing the remainder across multiple hops. A companion private RPC submits orders to several block builders at once, watches them for sandwiching or front-running, and blacklists builders that misbehave.
Wallets and dApps integrate through an SDK, and after the user signs, the solver submits the transaction with gas and slippage fixed by the quote. The private submission path depends on builders forwarding and including the order, and coverage is limited to the handful of networks already integrated.
In 2026, PropellerHeads kept iterating its decentralized trading infrastructure, building an intent-driven liquidity and MEV-protection network around three products: Tycho, Turbine, and Fynd. In May 2026, the team published a technical article on Tycho, an open-source DEX liquidity indexer that aggregates cross-chain order flow and gives solvers a real-time executable view of liquidity. Its Fynd intent engine provides MEV protection for trade routing.
Future strategy and roadmap: PropellerHeads plans to deepen Tycho's support for more DEXs and chains, refine the intent solver market, and extend MEV-protection capabilities into more Ethereum Layer 2 and StarkNet ecosystems, aiming to become the liquidity foundation for the intent-execution layer.
Markus Schmitt — Co-founder & CEO; Berlin-based DeFi team; founded the company in 2022 and leads MEV and solver research.

PropellerHeads charges a router fee of 0.1 bps, or 0.001%, on the actual swap output through TychoRouterV3, a rate configured on-chain by the protocol and not bypassable at the encoding layer.
PropellerHeads takes a 20% share of any client fee set by an integrator, leaving 80% to the integrator, with all rates expressed in 8-decimal fee units where 100000000 equals 100%.
