2023 年 1 月、ペタール・コストフ、ユーリイ・ミロノビッチ、イヴァイロ・キリロフがブルガリアのソフィアでRavenを共同設立しました。コストフとミロノビッチは以前、Wintermuteで働いており、ミロノビッチはWintermuteのDeFiデスクを構築し、指導していました。

On October 3, 2026 Raven announced a strategic round from CMCC Global and Coinbase Ventures at a $90 million pre-money valuation, with CMCC co-founder Charlie Morris joining the board. Petar Kostov and Yuriy Myronovych, both formerly of Wintermute, founded the firm in 2023, and Hack VC and Wintermute Ventures backed its 2024 seed round. The new capital deepens liquidity across venues and funds work weeks before a venue launches on API specifications, SDKs and market design. Sector volume reached about $30 billion in April 2026 and passed $50 billion in a single month around the World Cup. Future strategy and roadmap: replicate opening-day liquidity and staying in the book across more new venues, and offer institutions a neutral liquidity layer spanning regulated and on-chain venues.
Raven was founded in January 2023 by three Wintermute veterans: Petar Kostov as CEO, Yuriy Myronovych as CTO and Ivaylo Kirilov as co-founder. Kostov learned the trade on Wintermute's DeFi desk, Myronovych had led DeFi and worked as a senior software architect there, and Kirilov was a core engineer on the same team. The division of labour follows the classic prop-shop template: Kostov owns strategy and external relationships, Myronovych leads low-latency matching and cross-venue execution, and Kirilov handles onchain contracts and trading infrastructure. Roshun Patel joined the board to take part in strategic oversight. The core is made of Wintermute alumni reporting to the three founders.
