STON.fi is a DEX in the TON ecosystem providing token swaps and liquidity services through AMM pools and a routing aggregator, aimed at retail users and projects on TON. It addresses liquidity fragmented across pools and the high slippage of cross-pool swaps: the Omniston aggregator splits orders across multiple liquidity sources and selects routes, while farms and staking pools absorb passive capital. On 21 July 2026 cross-chain swaps went live, using Omniston and HTLC to exchange stablecoins directly between TON and nine chains including TRON, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain.
The platform has processed more than 35 million cumulative swaps with roughly $28.7 million in locked value, and staking STON for the STON/USDT pool earns fee income plus an APR boost. Cross-chain routing relies on HTLC atomic swaps, with individual swaps completing in 15 to 40 seconds, and payout speed depends on target chain block production and counterparty response.
Major development: Cross-chain swaps officially launched on July 21, 2026, using Omniston and HTLC to settle stablecoin swaps between TON and TRON, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and other chains in 15-40 seconds.
Fundamentals and incentives: STON.fi surpassed 35M all-time swaps; weekly volume hit 16.1M TON ($28.3M) in June with TVL around $28.7M, and the boosted STON/USDT farm APR (up to 2x for stakers) was extended through July 31.
In Q1 2026, STON.fi shipped custodial swaps that use private liquidity to improve pricing; in Q2 it completed a closed cross-chain beta and opened a public beta for TON to EVM swaps. In the week of July 6, Avalanche and Arbitrum joined its cross-chain network, and the team reported more than 35 million all-time swaps, weekly swap volume of 16.1 million TON (about $28.3 million) and TVL of 16.3 million TON; Omniston was also integrated into Gram Store, a Telegram mini-app launchpad.
Technically, Omniston moved from intra-chain swap aggregation to a cross-chain execution layer: v1beta8 introduced a pipeline separating quote discovery, execution coordination, settlement and tracking, with the first live scenario covering TON to Base flows such as USDC on Base. In spring 2026 TON cut block time from about 2.5 seconds to roughly 0.4 seconds and lowered network fees, improving tsTON pool APR dynamics. From August 26 to 28 TON saw congestion and STON.fi disabled swaps for about 18 hours before restoring service.
STON.fi's Future strategy and roadmap: Q3 2026 brings protocol v3 with concentrated liquidity, a gRPC-native second-generation API, partner fee management tooling and AI-driven DeFi features, plus the public launch of TON to TRON cross-chain swaps; Q4 adds a one-click cross-chain Omniston plugin, with multi-chain expansion to follow in 2027.

STON.fi configures fees per pool: the protocol admin can adjust the total fee and its split within a 0%-1% range, and current values are visible on each pool page, the DEX API and the SDK.
