In early 2026 the Tensor Foundation took over the marketplace and the Tensorians collection from Tensor Labs, routing all marketplace fees, up from half, into the TNSR treasury. It also burned 21.62% of unallocated tokens and re-locked founder allocations for another three years. On 13 April circulating supply was about 334.6 million tokens, or 33.46% of the total, with a fully diluted value near $38.7 million. The handover followed a contraction at Labs, which concentrated resources on a smaller product set and moved marketplace operations and token matters to the foundation.
Demand stayed weak. Solana NFT volume has been stuck at low levels, daily platform revenue fell to roughly $250 at one point, and the token sits more than 98% below its 2024 peak. Distribution also narrowed: Binance removed the TNSR/USDC spot pair in September, and Coinbase said it would suspend TNSR trading on 9 November, with order books already in limit-only mode. Tensor still holds more than half of a shrinking market. For an aggregator the relevant question is whether fees cover running costs, not where it ranks. Treasury funds go mainly to buybacks and market making, though the sums are small relative to circulating value and will not change the trading picture.
