Virtune

Virtune is a Swedish regulated crypto asset manager that issues physically backed ETPs listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Helsinki, Deutsche Boerse Xetra, the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Euronext, aimed at European holders who want crypto exposure through an ordinary securities account. Holding crypto directly requires self-managed keys and onchain operations, while the ETP wrapper delegates custody, creation and redemption and market making to regulated entities.

The structure is 1:1 physically backed, with underlying assets held in cold storage at Coinbase and holdings checked onchain against outstanding units through Chainlink Proof of Reserve. Products with Staked in the name stake at the custodian, and rewards accrue into the daily net asset value. The range covers single-asset, staked and index products, with indices rebalanced monthly and single-asset products tracking spot prices. On 6 October 2026 Virtune listed a Zcash ETP on Nasdaq Stockholm with a 1.49 percent annual management fee.
