Adam Bates is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at XION, having previously served as Cardano's Chief Marketing Officer and Director of BBDO, a global marketing group. He has deep marketing experience, having been involved in the creation of the Cardano 360 news program, which grew the community audience 25 times in 3 months.Adam is experienced in branding, having worked with leading brands such as Virgin Atlantic, Barclays, Paralympics, Emirates, LEGO, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Samsung and many more. In addition, he spent 11 years as a Director at BBDO in London and has worked with over 300 offices globally.Adam's undergraduate degree is from the University of Manchester.
