Everlynについて
Everlyn is a research-driven protocol for open-source video generation that argues for open models and traceable generation: its autoregressive video model supports long continuous sequences, the platform lets users mint video agents with wallets that execute generation tasks autonomously, developers can package capabilities as subscription services through an API, and every generated video anchors metadata on chain for reproducibility and attribution. It is deployed on BNB Chain and Sui. It targets closed video models, high per-clip prices and hard-to-prove authorship.
Open source plus on-chain provenance is its differentiator in a crowded field: costs can be pushed down and origins checked, but it also means competing head-on with well-funded closed teams on quality and reliability, and compute costs do not disappear because a model is open. The project advanced its open model and agent platform in the second quarter of 2026, yet the token hit an all-time low in mid-October, about 98% below its peak with a market value of a few million dollars. Technical progress and market confidence have clearly diverged.
Token unlock: A six-month cliff expired on October 6 at 00:00 UTC, releasing 94.87 million LYN in a single second — 9.49% of total supply and 45.4% of circulating. Cumulative unlocks reached 422.31 million LYN, or 42% of supply.
Setback: LYN traded near $0.036 in mid-October, 86% below its $0.25 public sale price, with a market cap of about $4.24 million. From October 7 the schedule reverts to roughly 839,800 LYN per month.
Everlyn released a new Pro video-generation model and migrated its domain (from everlyn.ai to everlyn.tech) on October 7, 2026. The new Pro model claims 25x lower cost and 4x faster speed, with roughly $0.19-0.25 per five-second clip, continuing its autoregressive video-generation approach. Earlier published roadmap items center on an open-source autoregressive foundation video model and an agent platform as the long-term technical core, plus a Season 2 community rewards program with a live leaderboard to sustain platform activity.
Future strategy and roadmap: Future strategy revolves around the open-source video model and the Everworld agent platform: building a developer-callable Agent API (AAPI) ecosystem so video agents gain on-chain wallets, autonomous transactions and task execution, and forming a token-economic flywheel through SaaS-revenue-driven buybacks and burns. The direction is to advance Everlyn from a token-launch phase into verifiable, monetizable on-chain video-agent infrastructure.
