OpenGDPについて
OpenGDP is a Layer 1 built for stablecoin payments and asset tokenisation, using a parallel EVM design that puts settlement, issuance and governance controls on one chain: stablecoins handle payroll, collections, supplier payments and treasury movement with built-in FX, pricing and routing, while the tokenisation module issues programmable instruments such as deposits, funds, securities, commodities, invoices and insurance. A network stack lets institutions, enterprises or governments deploy their own subnetworks with custom permissions, privacy and execution environments while sharing base-layer liquidity and security, at roughly 400 ms p95 settlement finality.
The security model allows shared staking with bitcoin, ether and real-world assets, paired with approvals, limits, policy enforcement and exportable audit trails, aimed at fintechs, financial institutions and government payment programmes. Where a general-purpose Layer 1 leaves compliance to applications, this writes controls into the execution layer. Cross-chain movement still relies on external messaging layers such as Wormhole and Hyperlane, the application count is small, and settlement volume is concentrated in a few payment clients.
