Propbaseについて
Propbase is a real estate tokenisation platform on Aptos that splits Southeast Asian hotel and residential assets into share tokens, letting holders receive proportional rent and trade on a secondary market. It targets whole-property entry thresholds, long transaction cycles and rent settlement that depends on manual reconciliation. Shareholders vote on property disposal in proportion to holdings, and proceeds are distributed on the same basis.
Each property sits in a separate DAO LLC, tokens represent membership interests in that entity and rent is distributed from holder snapshots; shares trade on the platform order book and cross-chain movement uses a lock-and-mint bridge to Ethereum and Base. An in-platform automated market pool launched in May 2026, and automatic rent reinvestment went live on 11 August 2026, buying and staking the same property token weekly, monthly or quarterly. Distributions are denominated in stablecoins, with settlement cycles aligned to the rent collection schedule.
Multichain expansion: On Sep 22, PROPS/USDC went live on Hyperion DEX on Aptos and was submitted to CoinGecko for tracking; on Oct 15 Propbase announced a PROPS deployment on Robinhood Chain (an Arbitrum-based Ethereum L2 whose mainnet launched Jul 1) scheduled for Oct 29 at 14:00 UTC.
Holder incentives: On Aug 25 the team reported over 150M PROPS staked, about 30% of circulating supply; Propbase Lend is nearly complete, letting users borrow USDC against property tokens. Separately, PROPS was delisted from Coinmetro on Apr 29.
